I firmly believe the key success factor in Network Marketing is simplicity. Network marketing is a very simple business. Whether you are young or old, high or low educated, white or blue colar and etc, you can start a Network Marketing business. But yet, many network marketers tend to ignore some important elements of it.
Focal Point
A focal point is important in network marketing business. Most network marketers failed to see the importance of this. A focal point will draw all your downlines together under one roof. Introducing your new downline to the right network marketing environment can help him settle down faster. A focal point is usually your network marketing company’s office and the people there.
Training
Undergoing network marketing trainings doesn’t guarantee that your new downline will be successful in the business. A lot depends on his perseverance, self-motivation, passion and etc. However, if your downline doesn’t sit through a single training at all, then it is 100% guaranteed that he will fail in the business. So never encourage your new downline to start the business without properly trained.
Commitment
Sometimes we might question ourselves, “Whose business is this?” It is indeed our own business. It’s not our upline’s business. It’s not our downline’s business. So it is important that your new downline understand this. If he does, get his commitment by asking him to allocate at least a certain amount of time each week to work with you on the business. If he agrees, help him set an appropriate goal which he believes its possible. It takes two hands to clap.

About Me
Paul, thanks for sharing your experience here.
I find that article marketing is the best way to get traffic and response. If people write articles that are keyword sensitive and write well then they have a better chance of having people use their articles as content on other sites.
I say write, write and write articles. Keep writing and posting.
Paul
